NEW REGENERATION services are designed to allow you to request and schedule specific intravenous hydration services, intramuscular services, and blood draws/specimen collections provided by licensed medical professionals. We facilitate the scheduling of your requested service(s) and handle billing on behalf of the licensed medical professional. Please note that we do not offer emergency medical care services.

A licensed healthcare professional employed by us will carry out the requested healthcare services for you. The healthcare professional with whom you establish a treatment relationship bears full responsibility for providing you with medical services.

We strongly advise you to consult your own healthcare provider before using NEW REGENERATION to book any healthcare service or if you have any inquiries related to potential healthcare services.

These Terms pertain to the Service. Additionally, as you use the Service, you may encounter terms specific to the use of a particular service ("Service-Specific Terms"). All Service-Specific Terms are integrated into these Terms by reference. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Service-Specific Terms, the Service-Specific Terms shall prevail.
